
Prof. Dr. Louay Hamza Abbas participated in the delegation of the Iraqi Ministry of Culture to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on the occasion of Iraq’s attendance as the guest of honor at the Riyadh Book Fair held for the period 1-10/10/2021. The delegation prepared a wide cultural program that the Kingdom received with celebration and appreciation. Its various activities were held outside and inside the fair. All members of the delegation contributed to it, starting with the Minister of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities, Dr. Hassan Nazim, passing through the members of the delegation including creators, academics and artists. The fair celebrated two Iraqi characters, Professor Dr. Ali Jawad Al-Taher, who contributed to the scientific renaissance in the Kingdom, and the great poet Badr Shaker Al-Sayyab for his role in the modernity of the Arabic poem. Prof. Dr. Louay Hamza Abbas has contributed with three activities on culture, shared media values and Iraqi narrative, as follows:
