4. It enhances the role of advisory services in academic institutions and making them a center for cultural and scientific support to the community.

5. The continuing improvement of faculty members and focusing on the necessity of mastering the English language and computer, and activating international standards for the rates of teaching staff preparation in comparison to students.

6. It overcomes the difficulties for academic institutions to enter international classifications and obtain accreditation from the various accreditation bodies
