All graduates of the University of Basrah who hold postgraduate certificates and whose names are in the attached lists, must go to the College of Higher Studies to receive the password and user name to enter the Federal Service Council system for their appointment in state institutions.

Passwords are received by the graduate himself/herself exclusively and cannot be given to anyone else according to the instructions.
