On Tuesday, 9/11/2021, the Department of History at the College of Arts / University of Basrah organized a panel discussion entitled “Pre-Islam Naked Tawaf, an Analytical Study”.

The panel discussion presented by the Asst. Prof. Dr. Hisham Jakhiyur Miri Al-Rubaie included clarifying that the pre-Islam Arabs did not practice the naked tawaf and that the Islamic registration mind was the one who created this. Also, it dealt with several axes, the most important of which are the research hypotheses, the reality, and importance.

The researchers called in the panel discussion to scrutinize the Islamic narrations about the history of the pre-Islam Arabs.
