Prof. Dr. Shakir Majeed Kazem chaired on Wednesday 24/11/2021 the discussion of a Ph.D. thesis entitled (obstacles to establishing the state in the middle of the Arabian Peninsula in the pre-Islamic era) for the student Mahmoud Hamza Razuqi in the Department of History / College of Education for Human Sciences / Wasit University. 

The thesis was given a grade of very good.
