According to the mechanism of cooperation between the Department of School and Sports Activities with the colleges of the University of Basrah, some female students of Al Yamama high school for girls, accompanied by some of their teachers, visited the Translation Department on Monday 10/1/2022 on a scientific trip to the department to learn about the nature of the department and the curriculum in it.

The head of the department, Prof. Zainab Sami, accompanied the group to the classrooms in one of the lectures of the first stage in (pronunciation), which included an illustrative explanation of how the sounds are pronounced and their sources in relation to the different types of sounds.
