On Thursday, 13/1/2022, the Psychological Guidance Division at the College of Arts / University of Basrah organized a workshop entitled “Time Management and Rational Ideas for University Youth”.

The workshop, which was attended by Prof. Dr. Amer Abdul-Nabi Al-Abadi, aims to educate students at the university level on how to invest time, confront negative thoughts, and develop rational, positive thoughts.

The workshop included two topics. The first topic dealt with time management among university youth, and the second topic discussed rational and irrational ideas.

The researchers called in the workshop to discard some of the ideas and phenomena that began to invade society in general and the university community, and how to use time and invest it in completing work.
