The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Arts, in cooperation with the Arabic Language Department, held a workshop entitled (The Problems of Electronic Exams).

The workshop, which was presented by Dr. Mushtaq Salem Abdul Razzaq, aims to identify the most important problems facing the students of the Arabic Language Department at all stages and ways to address them in preparation for the final exam. 

The workshop discussed the most important problems facing students, and through the experimental test which was organized by the department through the Classroom platform  some of these problems had been detected,

 the most important of these are :The student's entry on the blended learning platform (Classroom) through the personal Gmail not the official email and the large number of personal accounts that make the students think that they enter the official email, the installation of the font decoration program which affects the reading of the question so the question changes, and the Classroom program is not installed on some students’ computers. These and other problems were solved through the experimental Google Meet platforms established by the department for the fourth and third stages, and the other stages are being organized this week.
