An instructor in the  department of history at the college of Arts at the University of Basrah, Dr. Shaker Majed Khadim participated in the Second  Scientific Conference which was established at the University of Dhuk entitled (Through knowledge exchange nations raise).

The conference is  concerned with Focusing on the mutual influence between nations throughout history, activating the customary movement to reach the best results, and re-reading the historical events according to the methods of criticism and analysis.

The instructor's participation aims to present a research in which he dealt with the study of the autobiography of Hamza bin Al-Hassan Al-Isfahani, d. 360 AH / 970 AD. He was considered one of the most prominent Muslim scholars in the fourth century AH who was famous for his interest in various knowledge and sciences, especially in the field of history, literature and poetry.
