A delegation from the management of the General Company for Ports of Iraq visited the Living Languages ​​Center at the College of Arts at the University of Basrah to see the progress of the special courses offered by the center to the employees of the company.

The delegation was received by Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Abdul Kazem al-Khafaji, assistant dean for administrative affairs, and assistant professor Dr. Samer Taleb Daoud, manager of the living languages Center and the visitors expressed their satisfaction with the advanced level of the course and the efforts made by the living languages center to make the courses successful and the level of progress among the participants in using the English language for a record period.

It is noteworthy this is the second course offered by the center to the employees of the general company for ports, which qualifies participants to work as a maritime guide.
