Within the directions of the University of Basrah in openness and cooperation with all universities in the fields of scientific and academic research, prof.Dr. Shaker Majid Kazim, an instructor in the Department of history at the College of Arts at the University of Basrah, participated in the chairmanship of the committee to discuss a master thesis at the University of Qadisiya for student Wissam Najm Abd entitled (Munther Abdul Karim al-Bakr and the writing of the history of the Arabs before Islam )

The thesis included a study in his autobiography , and his scientific efforts in writing the history of Arabs before Islam, represented in his writings, research and methodology in the study of the history of Arabs before Islam  

The thesis was approved with a commendation of excellence.
