The president of the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, visited the College of Arts on Thursday, 1/9/2022, to follow the progress of the final exams for the second attempt of all scientific departments. He was received by the dean of the College of Arts, Prof. Dr. Majed Abdul Hamid Al-Kaabi, and the assistant dean for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Haider Abdul Reda Al-Tamimi .

The president of the University met with the students inside the exam halls and praised the efforts of the Deanship of the college to provide the appropriate atmosphere and the requirements to perform the exams smoothly. The dean also presented an overall vision of the progress of the exams and the possibilities created by the deanship to succeed the exams and the performance of students in the best possible atmosphere.

The president of the University visited the college to see the maintenance campaigns carried out by the college to prepare for the new academic year, as well as to stand on the ground on the stages of completion of the College of Arts Building.
