The Director of the Library at the College of Arts at the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Alaa Kamel Al-Issawi, received a group of foreign postgraduate students at the College of Arts for the academic year 2022-2023.

At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Alaa Al-Issawi welcomed the foreign students to their second country, Iraq, wishing them success and accompanying them on a field tour to get acquainted with the corridors and people of the library and to see what the library contains books and various knowledge sources.

In conclusion, Dr. Alaa Al-Issawi recommended the library staff to facilitate the students’ task and allow them to borrow books and resources like “local students.” The students also expressed their admiration for the services provided by the library to the beneficiaries of the professors and students.
