On Wednesday morning, 9/11/2022, in the Department of History at the College of Arts at the University of Basrah a PhD thesis entitled (Cultural Invasion in the Thought of the Imams of Ahl al-Bayt) Peace be upon them) was discussed.

The thesis presented by the student Ammar Abdel Amir Mohamed Abdel Amir Mohamed included four chapters. The first chapter discussed the cultural invasion and the sources of culture, the second chapter discussed patterns of cultural invasion in the thought of the imams of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and the third chapter dealt with the effects of cultural invasion.

The thesis aims to identify the meaning of cultural invasion and its effects and diagnosis by the imams of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and confront it.

The thesis concluded that the Islamic intellectual system presents the cultural invasion in various aspects of life, and the resistance of the Imams of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
