The Department of Philosophy at the College of Arts at the University of Basrah held a panel discussion entitled (The Engineering of Success and Excellence) by Professor Ali Al-Madhush.

In this panel discussion, the lecturer sought to reveal knowledge of the foundations that contribute to success and excellence, through several topics, the most important of which are:

1 - Intellectual and scientific foundations for success and excellence.

2 - Standing on realistic models of successful human personalities.

3 - Standing on the scientific steps to excellence and success.

 4 - Effective mechanisms to reach the highest ranks in the ladder of successful people.

 5 - A statement of the human, intellectual and scientific capabilities through which success is achieved in society.
