Prof.Dr. Kazem Khalaf Al-Ali, an instructor in the Department of Translation at the College of Arts at the University of Basrah, received thanks and appreciation from His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, for publishing ten books during the year 2022.
