Considering some appeals to His Excellency the Honorable Minister by some students who were unable to apply for evening studies at your universities, before the end of the application period, his Excellency directed to open the door for submission and competition for the remaining vacant seats from the admission plan, according to the declared minimum limits, for a period of three days. 

So kindly instruct the formations of your universities to take the necessary action for those whose plans have not been completed with admission.

Provided that the procedures are completed and students start in accordance with the approved timings in the university calendar for first-stage students and the registration and start-up controls.
