The University of Basrah Organizes a Guiding Seminar Entitled University Uniforms and Preserving Modesty

The Educational Counseling and Psychological Guidance Unit, in cooperaction with the Women's Empowerment Division, and cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit in the College of Arts at the University of Basrah, organized a guiding seminar on the occasion of the birth of Lady Zainab (peace be upon her), and the occasion of Student's Day, for students of the first stage in all scientific departments, The symposium included two axes, the first axis dealt with (university uniforms and preserving modesty ), and the second axis dealt with (the psychological and scientific readiness of first-stage students and the application of the discipline law and its importance).

The symposium, which was moderated by Lect. Dr. Naima Latif Abdullah, Lect.Dr. Mayada Qais Ramadan, and Lect.Dr. Diaa Ali Abd al-Ridha, aims to direct the students to adhere to the application of the university uniform, according to the permitted colors at the University of Basrah to reduce social differences between students, and not embarrass the poor and chaste students  As well as add prestige and dignity to the students by their commitment to the university uniform.
