A Quranic Seminar in the College of Arts Discusses the Rule of Good and Evil and its Impact on Classifying Society

Dar Al-Qur’an, affiliated with the General Secretariat of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, in cooperation with the Women’s Empowerment Unit / College of Arts / the University of Basrah, held a Qur’anic seminar entitled (The Rule of Good and Evil and its Impact on Societal Classification), in the Auditorium of the College of Arts.

The seminar, which was attended by a number of faculty members in the college and a large group of students, began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, then a speech on the empowerment of women. After that, Dr.  Sayed Mortada Jamal Al-Din gave a lecture on good and evil In Quran and the Prophet’s speeches and their effect on society and its movement, showing the signs mentioned by the Imams of the Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them, and by which we can be guided to know our position from these two axes, and at the end of the lecture, Mr. Mortada Jamal Al-Din answered the questions of the attendees.

At the end of the seminar, certificates of appreciation were distributed to the participants.
