Based on the recommendations of the Dean of the College of Arts, Prof. Dr. Majid Abdul Hamid Al-Kaabi, the Deanship of the College of Arts at the University of Basrah has started preparing a reading room on the second floor in the library of the College of Arts for the purpose of creating the best academic atmosphere for students.
