The University of Basrah Championship for arena and field games was held on Sunday 16/2/2023 at the stadium of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences.

The College of Arts team for male and female students participated in all events, the event of speed 100m, 200m and 400m, and the activities of throwing weight, discus, spear and long jump.

Our college team has achieved second place after the college of specialization, the college of Physical Education, with a number of participating male and female students that exceeds all university colleges. Students participated in more than one event and won several medals, as well as the difference score for our college was in advance in terms of results.
