The library of the College of Arts at the University of Basra ranked first, days after the establishment of the electronic library, according to the college libraries report.

Prof. Dr. Alaa Al-Issawi, Director of the Library, said that the college library is progressing thanks to the quality of its performance and the efforts and keenness of the College Deanship on its scientific success and the material and moral support of the research process.
