(Professor Zainab Sami Hawal) at the Department of Translation / College of Arts was honored for obtaining the title of a distinguished lecturer  in the College of Arts for the academic year 2021/2022.

This honor was within the part of honoring distinguished professors and employees in colleges for the academic year 2021/2022 in the central ceremonial curriculum of Basrah University on the 59th anniversary of its founding, which took place at Basrah University / Bab Al-Zubair colleges complex / College of Law on the Hall of Imam Ali (PBUH).

For her part, Professor Zainab thanked and praised the University Council represented by the President of the University, Professor Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and the respected members and the Council of the College of Arts, represented by the President of the Council, Dean of the College,Prof. Dr. Majid Abdul Hamid Al-Kaabi, and the respected members for this honor, which is a blessed and precious step and a solid initiative in appreciating the efforts made by those who were honored.
