In implementation of the initiative of His Excellency the honorable Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and under the direct supervision of the respected President of the University, and in coordination with the Scholarships and Cultural Relations Department, the Postgraduate Affairs Department, the Student Affairs Department, and the Studies and Planning Department, the Information and Communication Technology Center launched the website (study at the University of Basrah ) for foreign students, to attract Students and open horizons of cooperation between our dear university and the countries of the world.
