Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi presided an expanded meeting with the deans of the colleges of the Bab Al-Zubair complex and the directors of the follow-up, media and women empowerment departments, as well as the students internal departments, to follow up on the latest security developments.

The meeting included reviewing the development of the health condition of the student, Zainab Karim, from the College of Education for Girls, after she was subjected to minor superficial stab wounds and her recovery, as she was visited by a high-ranking delegation from the University of Basrah Council.

The meeting discussed tightening the security plan at the site and following up on the violations that led to the accident with the development of the surveillance camera system, as well as an emphasis on updating the database of students and university cadres IDs, as well as reviewing the permits granted to cars.
