The University of Basrah Organizes a Panel Discussion on ((Quantum theory between Heisenberg and Niels Bohr (philosophical reading)))

The Department of Philosophy at the College of Arts, University of Basrah, organized a panel discussion on quantum theory between Heisenberg and Niels Bohr (philosophical reading).

The panel discussion, in which Assistant lecturer Amal Ali Awad Ali al-Dudan lectured, aims to introduce the quantum philosophy (quantum) to both Heisenberg and Niels Bohr, quantum theory came up with new insights about the strange actions of micro entities, as Heisenberg came out to us with the principle of uncertainty to explain the behavior of subatomic particles in their quivering motion that did not obey Newton strict laws, replacing smoothness and continuity, with the element of surprise and scrutiny the Danish scientist Niels Bohr developed a theory that combined the ideas of Planck and Einstein to explain the electronic structure of the hydrogen atom and contributed to the explanation of the spectrum of this atom.

The panel discussion dealt with the most important developments that occurred in quantum physics, as it was a response to problems that the oldest physics could not deal with in light of the certainty of science, but with both Heisenberg and Niels Bohr provided a solution to an old puzzle from the atomic spectra and the ancient scales differed.

The panel discussion dealt with an explanation and a statement that Heisenberg philosophy and Bohr's theory converge with classical philosophy in the outer regions of the atom, but they differ from it in the inside of the atom. Bohr tried to maintain his idea that the electron is a particle with the modification of classical mechanics, retaining classical mechanics, at least from a formal point of view, with electron modification.
