Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Arts, Prof. Dr. Majid Abdul Hamid Al-Kaabi, and the supervision of the Head of the Arabic Language Department, Dr. Kifaya Mathkour Shalash, Mrs. Wafaa, Director of Women Empowerment at the University of Basrah, and Mrs. Maysa Hassan from the Department of Arabic Language, visited the internal departments building (section No. 8) and met with the supervisors for the two shifts (morning and evening) and the nature of the housing for female students of departments from different colleges as well as l the most prominent problems and obstacles facing them were identified. It also turned out that there are positive and negative aspects. The positive ones are represented in the cleanliness of the housing and its equipment with cooling, lighting, and water suitable for washing and the other for drinking. As for the negatives, which are very few, they are represented in the leakage of some gas cylinders, and they have been treated, as these cylinders were replaced with other cylinders that are safer.
