Based on the letter of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research No. f. B. P / 176 dated 2-14-2023, the subject of which is to support and stimulate scientific research and to authorize university councils to draw up strategies to support and stimulate scientific research and find ways to solve problems and obstacles, the University of Basrah and its esteemed council saw the participation of its teaching staff and postgraduate students in drawing up these strategies by presenting the problems and obstacles they face and receiving suggestions that would raise the wheel of scientific research in the university  and overcome the difficulties for them as makers of scientific research in the university and that was through an electronic platform that discussed most aspects through questions that were asked, every instructor and student can easily access it through a mobile phone (mobile) and answer the questions raised, put forward suggestions and communicate opinions  to be a partner in making a decision related to most important joint of university life. 

Every instructor and postgraduate student must take advantage of such opportunities to present what is on their mind which they cannot present or communicate it to the higher leaders and not rely on criticism and present only negative opinions that harm them first and reflect negatively on the university second.
