The library of the College of Arts at the  University of Basrah  won first place in the periodic report of digital libraries, and Prof.Dr. Alaa Al-Issawi, Director of the Library, indicated that this achievement took place in record time, praising the efforts of its employees and their keenness on the task of activating the digital library within two months of its founding life.
