The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, directed to set the twenty-sixth of June 26/6/2023 as a date for announcing and honoring the winners of the Science Day prizes that were submitted and competed for by four thousand five hundred and eighty-one instructors, researchers and distinguished students.
The awards include patents, property and intellectual property, distinguished university, distinguished research published in solid international scientific journals specialized for instructors and postgraduate students, distinguished final grade students project, student award for collective volunteer creative encouragement work, distinguished author or translator book, distinguished Iraqi scientific journal, and distinguished research center or unit.
The specialized committees conducted an evaluation of the 4,581 applicants outputs, and from this number, one hundred and forty-eight winning products were selected for Science Day prizes from various Iraqi universities within the fields of natural, engineering, technological, medical, health, agricultural, veterinary, social and human sciences.
