A session of the Scientific Committee was held in the College of Arts (conference hall) on Wednesday 6/21 for ((Imam Ali (peace be upon him) the first international scientific conference)) in the presence of the Assistant Dean of the College of Arts for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Muhammad Abd Kazem Al-Khafaji and Sheikh Raad Al-Bahli, Director of the Center The Islamic Cultural South and a number of members of the Scientific Committee (Dr. Ali Hadi Al-Moussawi and Dr. Adel Abdul-Jabba

The axes of the conference, which will be held at the beginning of 2024, were discussed, and the session concluded with defining a scientific axis, which is (the personality of Imam Ali (PBUH) in contemporary thought).And there was talk about the mechanism of evaluating scientific research. also,A brochure will be issued specifying the scientific fields in which researchers can write.
