An instructor in the English Language Department at the College of Arts at the University of Basra, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Manea Hoshan (General Linguistics), gets  a membership in the editorial board of the Namibian Studies Journal, which is published in Hong Kong and is one of the containers of Scopus and Dar Al Safir for publishing.
