The Teaching Efficiency Test Committee at the College of Arts at the University of Basrah conducted a test for a number of holders of higher degrees from various scientific specializations who had taken a course in teaching methods to obtain the scientific title. The number of applicants reached (30) professors from various Iraqi provinces.

The test, which was conducted in the Office of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, and which included a number of qualified professors, aims to assess the efficiency and eligibility of the instructor to deliver university lectures in a way that guarantees optimal performance in delivering the scientific material to the student and giving them some notes by the committee that contribute to raising the efficiency of the instructor.
