Dr. Kadhim Khalaf Al-Ali, the instructor at the College of Arts of the University of Basra  published his second edition book entitled "Reading Comprehension for Translation Students" by the publishing House Beirut.

The book is of 135 pages including 31 chapters. The chapters consist of various topics in translation such as The Tower of Babel, Interpreters, Translation, Cannibalism, Foreignization and Domestication, Censorship and the Great Italian Translator, William Weaver.

The book aims to spread consciousness in the translation topics, its problems and its interests for  intellectuals in general  and translation students in particular.
