The University of Basrah Discusses a Master Thesis on the Prophet Biography in the Narratives of Anas bin Malik - an Analytical-Critical Study

The Department of History at the College of Arts at the University of Basrah discussed a thesis entitled biography of the Prophet in the narrations of Anas bin Malik - an analytical-critical study.

The thesis of the researcher (Norah Wahab Abdel Razzaq) included five chapters in which she discussed the biography of Anas bin Malik (10 BC - 90 AH) and the prophetic biography in the narrations of Anas bin Malik in the Meccan era, in addition to the prophetic biography in the narrations of Anas bin Malik in the madina era and the family life of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) through the narrations of Anas bin Malik.

As well as the narrations of Anas bin Malik about the moral and ethical qualities of the Prophet and his sermons.

The thesis aims to learn more about the companion Anas bin Malik and his role in transmitting the Prophet’s hadith, clarifying the authenticity of those hadiths from their falsity, and repelling insults to the character of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his pure family).

The thesis recommended to research more about the biography of the Prophet, his fragrant biography, and take it from the perspective of the pure Imams (peace be upon them), and not be carried away by those sayings that appear sound and internally offensive.
