The Council of the College of Arts at the University of Basrah held its open deliberative session.

The Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Haider Abdul Redha Al-Tamimi, stated that the session is not limited to holding a regular meeting, but rather the goal of the session is cooperation between the scientific departments and the deanship of the college in a way that serves the public interest, overcoming difficulties, raising the scientific level of the college and improving performance, in addition to discussing the results of the national classification and addressing the importance of using time to enhance the position of departments that occupied advanced ranks in Iraq.
