Professor Talal bin Khalid bin Hussein Al-Tarifi, a lecturer at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University / College of Social Sciences / Department of History, participated in the membership of the committee to discuss the PhD thesis entitled (Political and Military Developments in Afghanistan 1989-1996) for researcher Shahid Abdul-Ridha Ali / College of Arts, University of Basrah.
