Instructor at the University of Basrah Publishes a Book Entitled (The Effect of Physical Effort on the Athlete Heart)

A book entitled “The Effect of Physical Effort on the Athlete Heart” was published by the instructor at the College of Arts at the University of Basrah and the Director of the Student Activities Unit, Professor Dr. Abdul Amir Hashim Al-Saadi.

The book includes some studies in the field of physiology and its relationship to summer training. It also discusses the effect of physical effort on the athlete’s heart through the waves and periods that have the greatest impact on physical effort for cardiac electrical activity in football players.

Sports achievement is one of the main goals in physical education with scientific and technological progress and the abundance of information that has become available to everyone, competition has become fierce in reaching the level of sports achievement, especially physiology, which is an essential and complementary part of sports training science.
The book also discussed the effect of physical effort on the most important muscle in the human body, which is the heart muscle, by studying its waves and duration, in addition to comparing that to football players and short-distance runners, which is one of the short-distance events in the field and track that depends on the aerobic energy system, and football players, whose members depend on different energy systems.

The importance and need for it is highlighted by the importance of using high-tech devices and tools to know the changes that occur in the heart muscle during physical effort and what changes occur after performing physical effort.
The book was printed in the South for Printing, Publishing and Distribution
