The Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation Division at the College of Arts at the University of Basrah organized a workshop for liaison members from the scientific departments on the mechanism of the Quality Assurance Division work with the scientific departments.

The workshop, in which Dr. Wissam Nouri Abdul Wahid from the Department of History, Asst. lect.Ahmed Hadi Abboudi from the Department of Arabic Language, Asst.lect. Suad Naeem Abdullah from the Department of Information and Knowledge Technologies, Asst. lect.Amal Ali Awad, Ms. Hadeer Mahdi Saleh from the Department of Philosophy, and Ms. Wissam Adel Khalil from the Department of Geography participated, as well as the Quality Team (Dr. Najat Abdul Karim Abdul Sada / Head of the Quality Division, Ms. Alaa Salem Hassan / from the Performance Evaluation Unit, Research Assistant / Khaled Kamal Katea, Research Assistant / Banin Najm Awda Abdul Karim, and Ms. Yusra Mardan Hanin) to explain the nature of the division’s work and its relationship with the scientific departments in the college.

The workshop discussed several topics, the most important of which were (performance evaluation, national classification, and topics related to the database that the liaison members work on) through department heads and rapporteurs in order to provide the required information in a timely manner and to organize and maintain the continuity of the work and its outputs.
