In the presence of the Dean Assistant for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Muhammad Abd Kazem Al-Khafaji, the instructors of the Arabic  Language Department at the College of Arts received the first-year students. The reception committee composed of Dr. Jaber Khudair, Dr. Yassin Athab, Dr. Mushtaq Salem and Dr. Abdul Muttalib Jabbar received the first year students.

After welcoming them, the reception committee members explained the most important issues related to the university students and the different educational stage that they are going through, especially at the current healthy time, and its effects on the course of life in general and the course of education in particular, which has become integrated education. The committee also showed the important instructions that the students should follow on campus. It explained the students' relationship with their classmates and the instructors and vice versa, and the need to follow the instructions from their official sources and not to be tempted into fraudulent pages.

 The committee also addressed a detailed explanation about the registration mechanism through the electronic form prepared by the department, and how to join the Google Classroom application and how to install the applications attached to the Google application classroom like Google meet app, zoom app etc.

The meeting aims to introduce the new students to the department and the centralization of work through the work of electronic gropes through which students are informed of instructions, schedules, requirements and everything related to the students and overcome the difficulties they may encounter.
