The Department of Information and Knowledge Technologies at the College of Arts, University of Basrah, will hold a voluntary charity market on Monday and Tuesday, 22–23 December 2025. The proceeds will be allocated to support underprivileged families and orphanages in Basra Governorate.

This initiative comes within the framework of promoting values of giving and social solidarity, reinforcing a sense of humanitarian responsibility, and in line with the University of Basrah’s mission to serve the community and support those in need.
