The Rehabilitation and Employment Unit and the Academic Systems Unit at the College of Arts, University of Basra, organized the “kutaa Al noor” festival, which included various cultural and humanitarian segments, including hosting a group of orphaned children, coinciding with the anniversary of the birth of the Commander of the Faithful, Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (peace be upon him), in an atmosphere that reflected the values ​​of social solidarity and the humanitarian dimension of the university institution.

The event witnessed a distinguished attendance from students and faculty members, and its segments contributed to enhancing cultural awareness and consolidating the concepts of giving and social responsibility, in line with the university mission to serve the community
