Al-Daoud gave a valuable lecture on the situation of Iraq a hundred years after the establishment of the modern Iraqi state, and his role and contributions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since the royal era, through subsequent covenants that qualified him to assume many important positions, including carrying out the Iraqi work in Washington and the United Nations, the Iraqi ambassador to Turkey and a representative for Iraqi presidents in many international forums, the last of which is the head of the Department of Political and Strategic Studies in the House of Wisdom.
