A group of female instructors of the Faculty of Arts had made a field visit to the female students hostels. The visiting group included Dr. Amal Abdul Rahman, Dr. Azhar Ali Yassin, Dr. Najat Abdul Karim, Dr. Raghad Faisal and Dr. Kifaya. The visit intended to see the reality of the female student hostels located on the Bab Al Zubair Campus.

The visit aims to get acquainted with the reality of the services provided to the female students. It became clear to the visiting group that the necessary services for female student hostels

were available, such as the spaciousness of rooms, hygiene, water services, and integrated furniture like cooling and heating devices, food preservation, sleeping beds and washing machines. The visiting group had also seen one of the reading halls converted into a shop.

The visiting group recommended the necessity to overcome the difficulties facing our female students, including the lack of  female student hostels to halls dedicated to reading , the absence of an internet network to follow up electronic lectures under the combined education and the provision of first aid devices and medical devices such as blood pressure measuring device, sugar measurement and others.
