The Deanship of the College of Arts hosted a specialized meeting with the Ministry's technical support team for the (SIS) system, in the presence of the staff concerned with managing and operating the system in the colleges, in addition to the first and second readiness committees and the Human Resources (HR) department, with the aim of enhancing coordination and following up on the requirements for implementing the system in the university environment.

The meeting included a discussion of the most prominent inquiries and challenges facing colleges in using the (SIS) system, as well as a review of the technical and procedural data related to it, in order to unify visions and develop work mechanisms to ensure the proper implementation of the system and achieve the highest levels of readiness.

The meeting also provided an opportunity to present the problems faced by the colleges, and to offer appropriate proposals and solutions, in preparation for discussing them with the technical support team and reaching practical solutions that support the efficient operation of academic and administrative work.
