Emphasis was also placed on the importance of using the centralized forms contained in the Exam Management Guide. This topic was presented by Professor Dr. Haider Abdul Ridha Hassan, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs at the College of Arts.

The second theme addressed the “Raseen System for Exam Management,” presented by Professor Dr. Ali Abdul Samad Al-Khudair. The presentation included an overview of the mechanisms for accessing and using the system through the college’s designated link, in addition to explaining how to enter data related to examination halls, exam schedules, and academic subjects, as well as organizing, recording, and submitting daily reports through the electronic program.

The workshop targeted the examination committees in the academic departments, particularly department heads and rapporteurs, in view of the pivotal role they play in managing the examination process through organizing schedules, managing examination halls, entering data, and sending materials via the approved electronic system.

The workshop witnessed distinguished attendance and fruitful interaction from the participants, during which a number of observations and proposals were presented that would contribute to developing examination procedures and achieving the highest levels of accuracy and transparency.
