The College of Arts at the University of Basrah held the competitive entrance examination on Tuesday, 30 June 2026, for applicants seeking admission to its postgraduate programs (Master’s and PhD) for the 2026–2027 academic year. The examination was conducted in accordance with the schedule set by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The examination was held under the direct supervision of the College Deanship and with close oversight from the examination and administrative committees. These committees ensured that all necessary arrangements were in place to facilitate the smooth conduct of the examination and to provide an appropriate testing environment for applicants, in line with the Ministry’s regulations and admission guidelines for postgraduate studies.
