On Tuesday morning 30 / 03 / 2021, the members of the Central E-Following up Committee of visited the examining committee in the College of Arts. The flow of the exams was followed up by the chancellor of the university of Basra, Dr. Saad Shaheen with his assistants Dr. Zeki Abdullah and Dr. Shukri Shakir and the dean of the college Dr Majid Al-Ka'bi and his assistant Dr. Haider Al-Tameemi with the members of the central examining committee at the College of Arts.

This visit aimed at letting students know the ministerial instructions that should be attended to during exams such as opening cams and wearing uniform plus inserting the student's personal photo and be ready to answer the proctor and the examining committee. It also  aimed at listening to the students' problems and their average grading plus obstacles of the e- exams and how to solve them. This is to facilitate the flow of the exams.
