At the department of Arabic of the College of Education, an MA thesis titled "Structural Implications in Describing kingdoms and cities in the Quran.

The thesis, submitted by Waqar Hasan,  included three chapters. In the first, the structural implications of the descriptions of the kingdoms were examined. In the second chapter, the researcher examined the structural implication in describing cities. The structural implications of describing villages were taken in the third chapter.

This thesis aimed at highlighting the linguistic analysis approach in grasping the text and explaining its implied meaning.

It was concluded that the analytical approach enables the receiver to get another understanding that enables him to arrive at the Quranic text implications and to illuminate corners in the text that cannot be explained by adopting the interpretative approach.

The thesis discussed the differences between the two terms of interpretation and analysis and other closer terms.
