The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has set on Sunday, the fifteenth of August, as the date for launching the electronic form for the procedures for transferring students to the morning and evening studies in universities and government and private colleges for the academic year 2022/2021.

The official spokesman, Dr. Haider Al-Aboudi, said that the application mechanism for students wishing to transfer is through contacting the college or institute accepted in it to obtain the password number for activating the electronic form in the Department of Studies and Planning portal, which allows the student to apply to no more than five options
